LiveProcess uses information that you or your employer provide to us including personal information to contact you in an emergency or emergent situation. We do not collect any other information about you unless you or your employer explicitly provides us with the information. We never sell or provide your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We rely on you and your employer to keep us informed of any changes in your business relationship. Upon receipt of a termination notice, we remove all personal information about you from the system within 24 hours.
Through automated contact self-maintenance (ACSM), you have the ability to control the content and preferred notification methods we use to reach you in an emergency situation. Your employer will occasionally send you an email from LiveProcess ACSM to update your profile. If you need to make immediate contact profile changes, please contact your employer or LiveProcess Support at this link or by calling 888-400-2673.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you may have certain rights with respect to this data, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and portability. You have the ability to exercise these rights by accessing the Personal Data tab on your account profile, or by contacting your employer.
