  • Four hours of training
  • Full platform online training provided once weekly via Webex and telephone
  • Module-specific online training provided up to four hours monthly via Webex and phone

We also offer special packages that deliver supplemental services, including unlimited phone support, access to online training modules, use of the proprietary LiveProcess instant messaging tool, LiveChat, unlimited use of the LiveProcess Answerbase, and more.

Plus, a wide range of additional support options can be provided upon request, including:

  • Customized Training Classes: We deliver training tailored to meet your specific requirements -- onsite or online. We can even support video conference training.
  • Custom Data Load: Let us take the raw data from your legacy systems and incorporate it into your Facility’s LiveProcess account.
  • Field Support: LiveProcess field representatives can be available for special events, drills, meetings or other hospital-specific needs.
