Nathaniel Weiss, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Nathaniel Weiss

Nathaniel has built a successful track record as an inventor, entrepreneur and leader over 15 years. As a student at the University of Pennsylvania he developed the now-patented technology for translating musical sound to sheet music via the computer. His invention resulted in the largest grant ever awarded by the Ben Franklin Science & Technology Center and the founding of GVOX Inc. where he raised more than $25 million and built a leading brand whose products are now used daily in top movie studios, music schools and educational institutions worldwide. Twice named young entrepreneur of the year, he holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.


Mitch Saruwatari, VP Quality & Compliance
Mitch Saruwatari

Mr. Saruwatari brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare and emergency management. For the past seven years, Mitch has served in several key positions at Kaiser Permanente, the nation's largest private integrated healthcare delivery system, based in Oakland, California, including National Director for Healthcare Continuity Management and National Threat Assessment Manager. Mitch has a Master's degree in Public Health and has finished his coursework for a doctorate degree in Public Health Policy from UCLA. He has worked as an Epidemiologist in San Diego and Los Angeles Counties. He has also served as Regional Disaster Medical and Health Specialist for the State of California. Mr. Saruwatari is a member of the State of California Hospital Bioterrorism Preparedness Planning Committee and Joint Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County CDC and HRSA Bioterrorism Advisory Committee. He regularly attends the California Disaster Interest Group and participates on various other state and local disaster and safety committees. Lastly, in partnership with Kaiser Permanente, the Washington Hospital Center and the California Emergency Medical Services Authority, he co-chaired the development of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) compliant Hospital Incident Command System (HICS).


David E. Berry, Chief Technology Officer
David E Berry

David has spent the past 20 years developing large complex transactional systems for the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and financial industries. David has a history of working for start-ups. His most recent success is Synchronoss Technologies, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer from its inception to post-IPO. His accomplishments in technical management and contribution include presenting at JavaOne 2004 and being published for his work with searching algorithms. David received a Master of Arts in Corporate and Public Communication from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Fairfield University.


John A. Lubarsky, Vice President Sales
John A. Lubarsky

John has over 25 years experience in sales, sales management, global accounts, global partnering and industry group sales for Digital Equipment Corp, SynOptics (Bay Networks) and several successful start-ups including Berkeley Networks and CacheFlow Inc. (BlueCoat Systems). Most recently John was Sales Vice President for the Americas at Tandberg, a video technology leader. At Tandberg, John grew the sales force into a first class direct touch selling organization which achieved growth in excess of 20% and $135M. After earning a B.S. Degree in Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, John received his Masters in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, NJ.


Paul Ruderman, Vice President Operations
Paul Ruderman

Paul has been a key member of the management team since LiveProcess' pilot phase, and was integral in securing the company's initial financing. In overseeing the company's operations, Paul has been responsible for building the company's talented and diverse staff, formulating and implementing the company's policies on a day-to-day basis, directing the buildout of the company's internal IT infrastructure, managing general and executive administration, and overseeing the coordination of the company's day-to-day finances. Paul is experienced and accomplished at organizing and leading large, creative groups through complex projects and achieving extraordinary results.
