Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation. LiveProcess is web-based and does not require the installation of special hardware or software. Everything you need is available with just a computer and Internet access.
On-site training. LiveProcess conducts in-depth, on-site administrator training of our platform with all new customers.
Remote module training. LiveProcess offers online training courses for each functional area of our platform for our users via WebEx and audio conference and through the LiveProcess University program.
New release training. LiveProcess is continually researching new tools as well as upgrading the platform to meet our clients' needs. New release training sessions are scheduled for all customers and coincide with each launch of new platform features and enhancements.
Standard data loads. LiveProcess offers assistance loading contacts and emergency management inventory data.
Remote assistance for drills and exercises. LiveProcess system engineers and customer support representatives offer assistance for many customer events through the LiveProcess platform.

Custom data loads. LiveProcess can take the raw data from your legacy systems, including but not limited to, bed data, documents, ICS charts and HVA information and incorporate it into your facility's platform.
Professional services. LiveProcess is available to deliver expert consultation and assistance to your organization. Specific consultative offerings include:
- Emergency Operations Plans (EOP)—creating facility policies and procedures for your facility
- Hazards and Vulnerability Analysis (HVA)—developing and interpreting these key assessments
- Joint Commission Physical Environment (Life, Safety, Emergency Management and Environment of Care) Evaluations—we will help you conduct a mock evaluation in anticipation of your survey
- Tabletop and functional disaster drills—We provide recommendations and help you create your events
