Training and Implementation


Experienced educators offer LiveProcess training sessions for both administrators and general users of the product. Training is part of our standard implementation process and also provided with every new product release.
Training options include:
  • On-site training. LiveProcess can conduct in-depth, on-site administrator and end-user training.
  • Online training. LiveProcess offers standard and custom online training courses for each functional area of our platform via WebEx and audio conference.
  • New release training. New release training sessions are scheduled with each launch of new platform features and enhancements.
  • Self-paced training. Videos and reference guides are always available in the Help area of LiveProcess to support self-paced learning.
