Planning and LiveProcess

Every hospital faces the challenges of identifying their key threats and hazards, developing standardized plans and policies that are accessible to all staff from anywhere at any time, pre-assignment and training of personnel, and measuring competency. The LiveProcess platform offers a comprehensive set of tools to accomplish all this and more.

Hazard and Vulnerability Analysis (HVA)

The LiveProcess platform includes a comprehensive, interactive Hazard and Vulnerability Analysis (HVA). You can add hazards appropriate for your region or facility, and generate a risk score by responding to a short series of inquiries that automatically generate overall risk values.

Resource Library and Document Archive

LiveProcess provides each hospital with a large electronic storage library. This ensures document version control so that the most updated revision is always available, and simplifies access to new or updated plans for staff. Hospitals can also share all or portions of their libraries with outside organizations. This facilitates cooperative planning and collaborative preparedness and response efforts.

Flexible and Scalable Incident Command System

The LiveProcess flexible and scalable Incident Command System helps hospitals pre-assign roles to the Incident Management Team for each hazard. An "All Hazards" team can also be created to support any incident type. Job Action Sheets, Incident Checklists and pre-assigned positions help facilitate a more rapid and effective response.

Drill and Exercise Engine

LiveProcess enhances your training and preparedness programs with versatile exercise builder functionality that can be implemented quickly and easily. Customers can start a new exercise, select victim cards from the victim database, build a master sequence of events list (MSEL) and test staff competency with a quiz tool.
