LiveProcess Web-Based Emergency Preparedness Platform Streamlines Communications Features

Version 5.25 software release significantly enhances report scheduling and contact management

Verona, NJ (September 15, 2009) – LiveProcess, the market leader in web-based emergency preparedness and incident management solutions for hospitals and healthcare organizations, has released significant software enhancements that allow users to better manage report scheduling and contacts.

LiveProcess was established in the wake of the September 11th attacks and the worldwide SARS outbreak in response to widespread recognition that healthcare needed a better way to plan for and respond to disasters.

The enhancements in Version 5.25 of the LiveProcess web-based platform allow customers to specify automatic report generation at recurring intervals and email reports to designated recipients. The enhancements augment the already powerful and customizable LiveProcess reporting capability.

"Compliance requirements make the reporting function critical for emergency management professionals," said Mitch Saruwatari, LiveProcess Vice President, Quality & Compliance. "This important enhancement is a powerful time-saving device and gives users even more confidence in their ability to effectively document department activities and exercises."

"Version 5.25 also includes robust enhancements to the platform's contact management functions, including improved performance, an enhanced user interface and a new, versatile search capability," Saruwatari said.
